Scope of Service

We provide written translation services only. We do not offer interpretation, legal advice, medical advice, or professional consulting of any kind.

Accuracy and Certification

All translations are completed by professional translators and include a Certificate of Translation Accuracy. Acceptance of translations and certificates is determined by the receiving institution or authority.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing complete and legible documents
• Confirming submission requirements with the requesting agency or institution

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on document length, complexity, and volume. Expedited services are subject to availability.

Confidentiality

All client documents and information are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of providing translation services.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions related to translation accuracy are accepted within a defined timeframe after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Language Translation Solution, LLC (Language Translation Solution) is not responsible for rejection of documents by third parties or institutions.
